Vic Roads force all Plackarded loads moving East on the freeway to go off at Power street and then onto City road. This includes chemicals, toxic waste, petrol tankers live animals. All are health risks and any accident will occur in the middle of a very high density residential area. Residents need to be aware and be scared ! This is not a question of if something might happen it is really a question of WHEN?
